A 21-day audio program built specifically for women recovering from narcissistic abuse โ€” combining certified Autogenic Training, somatic regulation tools, and vagus nerve activation techniques to gently and consistently retrain your nervous system out of chronic threat response.

This is not a mindset course. This is not a talk-therapy replacement. ROAR Regulate works at the level where trauma actually lives โ€” in the body, the breath, and the autonomic nervous system.

You will work through five progressive stages over 21 days, delivered in a gentle drip format so your nervous system has time to integrate each shift before moving to the next. You don't need to relive anything. You don't need to push through anything. You simply listen, follow, and allow.


The Journey

Stage 1 ยท Days 1โ€“3 Arrive

Gently orienting your nervous system to safety. No pressure, no pushing. Just landing โ€” in your body, in the present moment, and in this container of healing.

Stage 2 ยท Days 4โ€“7 Release

Using certified Autogenic Training phrases and somatic breathwork, we begin to discharge the held tension that chronic stress and hypervigilance leave behind. Your body starts to learn: I am allowed to let go.

Stage 3 ยท Days 8โ€“13 Restore

Deep nervous system restoration. Vagus nerve activation, body scanning, and somatic anchoring build a felt sense of internal safety โ€” one session at a time.

Stage 4 ยท Days 14โ€“18 Reconnect

Reconnecting with the self that was suppressed or dismissed during the relationship. Gentle somatic work supports the rebuilding of body trust and intuition.

Stage 5 ยท Days 19โ€“21 Reclaim

Integration. You leave with embodied tools, a regulated baseline, and a nervous system that is beginning to remember what peace feels like.

Before You Begin

Do I need prior experience with somatic work or Autogenic Training?

No. This program is designed to be accessible from the very beginning. All you need is a quiet space and 15โ€“25 minutes a day.

Is this a replacement for therapy?

No โ€” and it's not designed to be. ROAR Regulate is a complementary body-based practice. If you are currently working with a therapist, this program will support and deepen that work beautifully.

I'm still in contact with my abuser due to co-parenting. Is this right for me?

Yes. The tools in this program are designed to help you regulate in real life, including complex ongoing situations. You do not need to have completely exited the relationship to benefit โ€” though if you are in immediate danger, please seek crisis support first.

What if I fall behind on the 21 days?

There's no pressure. You have lifetime access. The drip delivery supports a gentle pace of integration, but you are always welcome to move at a rhythm that works for your nervous system.

Can I do this program more than once?

Absolutely. Many women return to this program at different seasons of their healing. Your lifetime access means it's always here when you need it.
